Namiq Estates is a luxury real estate advisory for second homes and investments in Goa and Phuket. Built for buyers who want clarity behind every purchase, we work buyer-first, combining local insight with curated, vetted inventory and select Namiq-exclusive listings where construction quality, paperwork, maintenance and pricing are closely examined.

Kajal Ajwani
Founder
Clients often arrive with screenshots, half-formed plans and conflicting advice, and leave that first conversation with Kajal feeling the search is finally under control. That mix of calm, clarity and straight talk is what shaped how Namiq works today. She brings around five years of focused real estate experience in Goa, preceded by five years in large-format events and trade fairs across India. Before starting on her own, Kajal worked on the developer side with one of Goa’s leading villa developers, across sales, post-sales, legal coordination, recovery and to the extent of project conceptualisation alongside the director, giving her an end-to-end view of how a luxury home is planned, built, priced and handed over.
In 2023, she set up her own RERA-registered practice and has since built a strong track record of high-value property transactions across Goa and Dubai. At Namiq, Kajal leads operations and relationships with developers and home-owners who wish to resell, pressure-testing pricing, structures and feasibility. Her role is to make sure the homes Namiq presents are commercially sound and practical to own, not just attractive on a brochure, giving serious buyers in India and overseas an added layer of confidence.

Yogesh Ramrakhiani
Co-founder
Yogesh’s route to real estate runs through hotel corridors, factory floors and Goa’s old neighbourhoods. He brings over nineteen years of business experience across hospitality, FMCG and manufacturing, having started in F&B at The Lalit Mumbai, moved into ice-cream manufacturing in Goa, and later built a PET packaging unit in Kolhapur with an extension to Pune. Running a plant end to end sharpened his grip on finance, operations, contracts and risk.
Clients value him for clear explanations, realistic pricing guidance and firm, balanced negotiation that keeps both buyer and seller anchored in facts. At Namiq, Yogesh personally steers the buyer journey, from first brief and shortlist of inventory through site visits, negotiations and registration, so every decision feels informed, measured and genuinely in the buyer’s interest.

Neha’s role at Namiq sits where technology, digital solutions and real estate meet. She has spent her career shaping digital journeys for brands, using performance data and online trends to understand how serious buyers discover, explore and stay connected with a business. That mix of digital thinking and realty context allows her to build and refine Namiq’s online presence so the right kind of enquiry reaches the team, whether the interest begins in Goa or overseas.

She is responsible for the tech backbone that supports campaigns, listings, lead flows and analytics, and for making sure the numbers translate into clear next steps for the advisory team.
